Short videos of every game mode, and everything written down with real screenshots — for the teacher running the game and the IT office keeping the network happy.
Seven short videos, one per game mode
Each one is the real app, start to finish, under two and a half minutes. Every step is captioned on screen, so they work with the sound off.

From opening the app to a room full of students answering, in five illustrated steps — including the two Mac prompts that trip people up.

What QuizBlast needs in network terms, the three policies that block it, and the exact settings by vendor — Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, UniFi, FortiGate, and the big content filters.
Read the IT guide →Start with the setup guide's quick checks — same network, not the guest Wi‑Fi, the two Mac prompts. If those pass, it's almost certainly a school network policy: send your IT folks the IT guide.
Write to a person
QuizBlast is made by one person — who works in IT for a K‑12 school district — and that same person reads the email. support@quizblast.net — questions, bugs, district quotes, anything.
Money questions
Refunds, receipts, an accidental renewal, or a charge you don't recognise. Include the email you signed up with and we'll sort it out.
Can't get into your account
If the school address you signed up with has been shut off, you can't receive a sign‑in code — so you can't reach your own billing page. Email us from any address and we'll cancel or move the subscription for you.
Volume licensing
One licence covers every teacher on your email domain, and your IT department does nothing. Tell us roughly how many teachers and we'll send a quote you can put on a purchase order.
If you want your money back, you get your money back
Teachers spend their own money on their classrooms often enough. Nobody here is going to make that awkward.
- 30 days, no questions asked, on any charge — including a renewal. If a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel it, that counts; just say so.
- Yearly plans after 30 days: email us and we'll refund the part of the year you haven't used. Leaving teaching, changing districts, and changing your mind are all fine reasons.
- Monthly plans after 30 days: cancel any time and you keep Cloud Pro until the month you've paid for runs out.
- District licences paid on a purchase order: same treatment. 30 days, no questions asked, from the day the invoice is paid — and after that, contact us and we'll refund the part of the term you haven't used.
- Switching between monthly and yearly: email us. We'll cancel the old plan, refund what you haven't used, and you sign up on the new one.
Cancel any time from the app, or write to support@quizblast.net and we'll do it for you. The price you sign up at is the price you keep — if we raise prices later, that's for new subscriptions, not yours.
